Order confirmation
When an order for store merchandise is placed an “Order
Acknowledgement” will be sent to the email address you
provide when you register as a new customer. If you do not receive
the email with your an “Order Acknowledgement”,
your order has not been processed. In this case, please contact
us.
Large Quantity Orders
For an order of over 24 of any individual item, a discount may apply.

Delivery
All orders for in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within
48 hours. If an item is on backorder, you will be notified of your order's
status with an estimated ship date. A shipping and handling charge will
