TENNANT

Objective:
Streamline the warranty process for customers and reps.

Execution:
We developed a multi-lingual global loyalty program for distributors to enter and receive points for each sale. To increase and maintain participation, a simple 3-step solution for entering products and warranty information was implemented online. We also integrated a comprehensive reporting tool for managers to view activity.

Results:
Over 40 countries are participating in this unique program, now in its third year. As a result, the Tennant "Sky is the Limit" program has successfully changed rep behavior worldwide.
