Target Audience: Dealers and Dealerships of Polaris Watercrafts E Group created a dealership rewards program, as well as a dealer salesperson rewards program to motivate employees to sell Polaris Watercrafts. Through the combination of in-house created, managed and fulfilled online incentive programs and print collateral materials, dealerships were able to submit sales at their convenience. Results: Dealers who participated in the program sold 15 watercrafts to the average 5.6 units for non-participants. Polaris was able to exceed sales goals and conclude their watercraft business, ultimately leveraging their current, thriving Victory Motorcycles and ATV divisions. |
