E Group Solution:

E Group created a dealership rewards program, as well as a dealer salesperson rewards program to motivate employees to sell Polaris Watercrafts. Through the combination of in-house created, managed and fulfilled online incentive programs and print collateral materials, dealerships were able to submit sales at their convenience.

Results: Dealers who participated in the program sold 15 watercrafts to the average 5.6 units for non-participants. Polaris was able to exceed sales goals and conclude their watercraft business, ultimately leveraging their current, thriving Victory Motorcycles and ATV divisions.

Uniqueness: This program is unique because E Group handled all facets of the promotion, from creation of the online program, design of the promotional materials, management and fulfillment. From this promotion, E Group has been able to serve Polaris on numerous other promotions, spanning across all divsions.
