3M™ Scotchlite&tr Reflective Material Fantasy Racing League is a game base on the results of the 2008 NASCAR(R) Sprint Cup season. Each participant will be allowed to choose five drivers for each race and receive points based on the points that those drivers earn each week.
How To Enter
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Participants may register to play starting February 12, 2008, and at any time during the course of the 2008 NASCAR® Sprint Cup season, which begins on February 17, 2008, and is scheduled to end on November 16, 2008. We urge you to sign up to participate before the first race. You may enter the Game by accessing the Sponsor's Internet Web site at: www.3MSRMFantasyRacing.com (Web site) and following the instructions for entry. To enter the Game, completely fill out the registration information form as requested and click the submit button. After you submit your information, you will receive acknowledgement of your entry. Before your registration can be accepted, understanding and acceptance of the Official Rules must be acknowledged by each entrant by clicking on the "I've read and agree to the game's official rules" check box.
How Are Points Awarded
Participants will receive points equal to the number of points awarded by NASCAR® to the drivers that they pick. Points are only awarded for the car number/driver combinations listed on this website. Points are collected and validated each week by an independent judging agency.
How To Play
Each week, pick the five (5) cars/drivers you think will do the best for that race. When making your picks, for the first time, your selections will become your default selections and will automatically be applied to each race in the season that has yet to be played. You can however change any or all of your five (5) picks each week.
Prizes
The participant with the most points each week will win a prize. The participants finishing with the second and third most points for the week will also win a prize. If there is a tie in the weekly results, then winner will be determined by a tiebreaker question, which involves guessing the number of points your five picks will earn that week. The participant whose guess is closest to the actual number of points will win the tiebreaker. If a tie still remains it will be broken by a random drawing conducted by an independent judging agency.

The 2008 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material Fantasy Racing League season will be divided into four quarters, each with nine (9) NASCAR® Sprint Cup races. The top four overall participants after each quarter will receive a prize. The quarters will end after the 9th, 18th, 27th, and final race of the 2008 NASCAR® Sprint Cup season which are scheduled to be on April 27th, July 6th, September 14th, and November 16, 2008. All participants' points will be reset to zero (0) at the conclusion of each quarter. This is to allow participants who sign up after the start of the 2008 NASCAR® Sprint Cup season an opportunity to compete to win the quarterly prizes and the Grand Prize.

The top four overall participants at the end of the first, second and third quarters will be entered to participate in the Countdown to Compliance Grand Prize, a trip to a 2009 NASCAR® Sprint Cup race. A maximum of twelve participants will be eligible to participate for the grand prize. If a participant finishes in the top four places in more than one quarter, they will only have one place among the twelve grand prize participants. Their subsequent eligibility for the grand prize will be awarded to the 5th, 6th, and so forth overall place finisher in the subsequent quarter until four participants from each of the first three quarters are selected to participate for the grand prize. Participants in the Countdown to Compliance Grand Prize are not eligible for the Weekly Prizes or the 4th quarter Quarterly Prizes. The odds of winning the Grand Prize will be not less than one in twelve.
Grand Prize
The Grand Prize trip includes the winner and guest airfare, hotel, pit & garage tour and grandstand tickets to a 2009 NASCAR® Sprint Cup race. (Approximate Value: $3,000.00)
The Grand Prize will be awarded to the participant with the highest point total among the 12 participants competing for the Grand Prize for the last nine races of the season, which is scheduled to end on November 16, 2008. If there is a tie, the tie will be broken by a random drawing conducted by an independent judging agency.
Eligibility
The 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material NASCAR Fantasy Racing League game is only open to authorized Scotchlite reflective material roll goods distributors, manufacturers of enhanced visibility garments incorporating Scotchlite reflective material, converters of Scotchlite reflective material for enhanced visibility garments, footwear and accessories, channel distributors and end-user purchasers of enhanced visibility garments, footwear and accessories incorporating Scotchlite reflective material. The Scotchlite Reflective Material Fantasy Racing game is open only to US Residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. 3M employees and their families are not eligible for prizes. 3M reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any or all prize winners.
Sweepstakes
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Sweepstakes is subject to the following rules and regulations.
2. DEADLINES AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Promotion is open to all legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes begins on February 12, 2008, and ends at 11:59 p.m. on August 15, 2008. All entries must be made by 11:59 p.m. on August 15, 2008. Employees of 3M ("Sponsor"), and their affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and franchisees, advertising, and promotional agencies, and each of such employee's immediate family members (persons with whom they are domiciled) are not eligible to participate. All entrants must have a valid email address, mailing address, and phone number. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. 5 c. TAXES AND TRANSFERS: All federal, state, and local taxes and other expenses not specified herein are winner's responsibility. No transfer or substitution of a prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute prizes for equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded.
6. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE: Prizes are not transferable. Winner is responsible to determine if they may accept the prize. The Sponsor agrees to abide by any corporate policy with respect to the awarding of prizes to employees of its customers, and will not intervene in this decision, and reserves the right to select another eligible entrant if the Winner cannot accept the prize offered. No substitution or cash redemption is allowed except by the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prizes become unavailable. The return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable or a determination that a Winner was ineligible to win will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate eligible entrant. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or any part thereof.
